This issue is caused by low battery, wiring harness issues, connector issues, that Ford needs to address by a TSB or recall. Mentioned in many threads on this forum.

Hi, you already have it from another issue but thanks.Hi there. This interior light concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Maverick. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.
What about your overhead lights?Interesting, but I don’t think this is that. When I get home from driving there is no lighting when I open the doors.
That’s an old post. It was the deep sleep issue. Charging and doing a battery reset has mostly fixed it.What about your overhead lights?
Great idea, keep us updated!I wonder if the 90% charge goal of the BMS (according to Forscan) is a bit too conservative for the battery capacity. Had mine get low enough after a weekend for the no-lights state once. I recently set mine to 98% and will see what voltage that's leaving the battery at.
