My Hybrid does that also. It is in deep sleep mode even after I drive it on a long trip. I handle this by resetting the BCM (battery control module) when it starts acting up. I have to do it about once a week. Then I can remote start again with the app and door lights work again. I just brought my truck back from the dealer after doing two recalls. Both were electrical recalls. I will see if this fixed the problem. BCM reset instructions: Turn the key to the ON position, pull dimmer lever on 5 times then step on brake pedal 3 times. Turn OFF. Turn back to on and watch red battery icon flash three times. Turn OFF Turn to Start position, then turn off. You should be set to go.
