Interior fan noise

Seems like my fan motor rather loud. I have it on speed 1 and suppling air at floor and defrost position. I can't remember ever hearing a fan on any other vehicle I ever had. Curious if this is normal or I should talk to dealer about. Now by no means I it overly loud turn up radio can't hear it.

Tough to tell without a audio clip.

An audio clip for comparison would be your radio at a certain # level and turning on your fan and see how loud it is.

If it’s louder than it has been in the past, make sure to check the cabin air filter, it could be jammed up with stuff.

Maybe I have but I would correct it when someone noticed I posted the wrong Year!! And if He posted the correct year maybe that would help with figuring out His problem.

Easy mistake to make. One guy here who got a 2023, mistakenly typed 2003, at least you were only off by 10 years.

I agree, at least on my 2023 XLT the fan noise is pretty damn loud on the higher settings. Below halfway it is much more tolerable.

I was just seeing if anyone else had a opinion on the fan. Like I say seems louder than any other vehicle I've had.

It's not super quiet on higher settings with aimed louvers, but that's what the B&O audio system is for. Low settings with the vents in a neutral position is very quiet however. Try adjusting the louvers to neutral and see if that helps with vent noise... on some vehicles you need to point them directly at you because the A/C is terrible... the Mav will happily turn your drinks into slushies if you let it so no worries there.
