How are you paying for Maverick?

I'm privileged to work for a company that offers reduced rate stocks for employees. I've used the stocks (sold at full market price) for the down payment on my house, and now to buy my Mav outright. If I get a better deal financing it when I actually get around to purchasing at the end of the month (or early next month), I'll pay the loan off immediately once I walk out the door of the dealer.

There are businesses that accept bitcoin as payment but in this case I sold one coin and took the cash to pay for it. There are also apps that you can use. I use Robinhood and Coinbase. I have bitcoin, dogecoin, and ethereum.

I don't really understand most of that...just a ...bit.

One good thing about waiting for this, is I’m allowed to save some $ for purchase. But nearly all of this, I’m withdrawing from 403b retirement account, as now I’m past the 59.5 years old and don’t have an early withdraw penalty..Im sure Dave Ramsey wouldn’t agree, but I don’t want to be paying $400 or whatever for 5/6 years. So how are you paying for it?

As a courtesy to @fordvideoguy (in exchange for free drop shipping) and their business, I financed it with Ford Credit for around a year (< 2% interest) and then paid it off.

I'm paying with my 401K, for same reason, didn't want to pay on it for years to come. I'm 65 and plan to work until I'm 70, driving my Hybrid. In production, scheduled for this week.

I usually do this too, or opt for something like 2 years of payments. Since I'm down to one vehicle and a bike now, I just paid it off. I'm done with this credit crap. It's a scam.

5 year loan, 5% , doesn't bother me a bit. LOVE my truck.
