Unless you're towing in the mountains or multiple times per week I think the Mav is more than enough for that. The thing about the Mav is it kind of forces you to honest about your needs. Of course the Taco will be more capable but it comes at many costs. But if you have the $ it will be a sweet...
As much as I'm addicted to trying out other brands, Turtle Wax stuff just keeps being the best bang for the buck. The To The Max liquid wax is the best in class imo. That stuff is incredible. Pricey but it lasts all year since I only clay bar and wax 3 or 4 times per. The rest of the time the...
So I'm just going to assume you're comparing crew cab AWD/4WD versions here. Introducing mav hybrid or 2 door taco takes these vehicles way far apart in function. Either a FWD EB or a RWD SR is a bad buy unless you're a fleet.
So... EB AWD Mav with CP360/4k is 28.6k.
SR 4WD double cab will be...
I have the CC2 and would highly recommend them. If you don't need much A/T ability they are the best tire on the market. For a moderate climate like PA or central WI where I am they are literally the perfect tire. Very good on moderate snow/ice but way better than a winter tire in dry and wet...
If you're getting a second set of rims Michelin X-Ice or Nokian Hakkas. You can get studded Hakkas if you're really worried but tbh even for Maine I think a bit overkill. But if you don't have to go out in the worst conditions and save some cash the Cross Climate 2 is a really good choice. They...
Basically the same for me. I just outgrew the Fit since I need to transport passengers in the back more regularly now. Also I'm getting old so the ride height of the mav is perfect.
Honda Fit. Maybe a bit short in the "good looking" department tho. But my 5MT was a blast to drive, never needed any unexpected repairs, and could haul endless amounts of crap.
One of my friend's dad had one of these with the jump seats. Would drive us around the neighborhood and such so we could ride in the bed. It was awesome.
Ouch. Also another VB down :(. Glad everyone was mostly ok. Like others have said it might have been just a bit too far forward and maybe not quite enough impact. Still probably better for them to go off tho.
lol. fify.
It’s sucks they don’t have a answer for you guys. But they the lawyers are looking out for the safety bottom line of many owners and their families the shareholders.
Best description of the situation by far lol. Got to give FoMoCo credit. They did their best to keep the shareholders happy by trying to sweep it under the rug hoping it was only a few hundred bad units. Hopefully it's not too many more than that in the end.

Us hybrid owners are just built different to get that sweet sweet 40 mpg
Between here and reddit I haven't seen any failures of the 2.5 itself. There have been the cases of it sounding like a tractor. I think it was sourced to the Ecvt and/or just atkinson cycle weirdness. I'm not overly concerned about this tbh. We would have noticed if 2.5s were blowing up...
Yep. This is why I carry two hitch shackles. So both potential parties can hook up properly. I'm sure that girl was already not super happy having to bail into the ditch in her nice dress. But would have been even less happy being domed by a hitch ball.
