I built a faux gear shift hand rest for the Mav. I find my right arm looking for a place to rest with the absence of a lever gear shift.

3D printed with some carbon fiber infused PETG...two miniature gas struts and a repurposed skipping rope handle.

Is it possible to see a picture of it in the raised position with the cup or water bottle in the cup holder please.
My concern is that it's more in the way of usefully using the cup holder.

Suggestion: Keep your right hand (along with your left hand) on the steering wheel as you drive.

Too Bad, you couldn't hook this to the Gas Pedal (throttle-up).
At first I thought you had it at "Full Power" (V2).
Than at "Idle Power"...

Guess I just thought of that, after seeing your... "Remove Before Flight" Ribbon...

So Awesome!! I miss my manual transmission of my 94 F-150 and resting my hand on the shifter. Heck i just miss my 94 and 03 in general. Great idea

Keeping the cupholders functional was a priority.
Although the rear-most cupholder probobly couldn't hold a stanley mug.

First off wonderful job on not just the execution but the look.
It reminds me a great deal of the horseshoe shifter I had in my 72 El Camino, always love it.
As several have said you may want to look into getting a patent, as even though not functional shifter is a very nice aesthetic.
That many including myself would probably buy if available.
Again a great job on something that a lot of people are going to be interested in.

Check your local library. Many of them have a computer area and some have 3D printers as well. Just have to pay for filament.
