Is it possible to see a picture of it in the raised position with the cup or water bottle in the cup holder please.I built a faux gear shift hand rest for the Mav. I find my right arm looking for a place to rest with the absence of a lever gear shift.

Keeping the cupholders functional was a priority.
Although the rear-most cupholder probobly couldn't hold a stanley mug.
