OP, you might consider calling the Ford order info line (800-334-4375), they can tell you if your order is valid, and the current status. If it isn't a properly submitted order, you can get your deposit back & reorder from a reputable dealer in August.

If it is a valid order in queue, but no schedule or VIN, you can cancel it so your dealer doesn't get it for stock, or potentially look to get it reassigned to another dealer, which appears to be a little more of a complicated action.

Regardless, you have options, but you're going to have to put some time & effort into it, if you want the best outcome for you, and the worst for the scumbag dealer.

Something I plan to share Tuesday night in how to instruct your dealers how to check for ROVP approval.

Here is where they need to go to find the approval:

1. cni.dealerconnection.com and login

2. Click on Maverick Lead to Order Program

3. Click on Orders

4. Enter your order number, click Submit

5. Take a pic of the approval with the order number

If that does not say approval or they can't find it, your order will not be scheduled and is more than likely why your order says "Unscheduled-Balance Out"
My dealer won’t check COVp because they claim Ford Plant made me a Priority 2…. So they have NO need to check. Any truth to that?

I believe he is right. I'd have to ask someone who knows more than me to verify. Since the region pulls the orders to priority 2, comes to reason that it would need to be ROVP for them to look at it to do that.

Honda Ridgeline gets 18mpg city. That's a non-starter for me.

We get mid 40s on our $22,000 Maverick.

Hope Ford gets their shit together someday. 🤣

Was wondering the other day why Honda didn't make a Hybrid Ridgeline. Guess they will get THEIR shit together someday.

GOOD NEWS IS: Ridgelines are in stock for immediate delivery!
