Of course constrained items will push back a priority 10 order if that item is not available. But the priority 10 will remain that and should be picked up as soon as the constrained item is available. Which should push it up to just a few months or less rather than all year with constraints and a 19. It's not rocket science.

You said: "If yours is a reorder with a 10 Priority level, it should be built in the next couple months."

That is, as I stated, a simply and completely unfounded and baseless guess. You have absolutely zero means at all to make any kind of assumption or prediction like that.

Then you said "Obviously your dealer isn't holding onto any 10 Priority orders.", which is also a baseless guess. What would make you think that my dealer does not have any 10 priority orders?

The bottom line is, across the board, across the country, there is very little difference between priority 10 and priority 19- in many cases there is no difference. A priority code of 10 only means that that if/when that dealer has open allocations (not an insignificant factor), and barring any constraints (also a big factor), that that order will likely be picked before other orders of the same/similar build at that same dealer. Priority 10 vs 19 has zero bearing on priority outside of that dealer, so to assume that a truck will be built "in the next couple of months" because it has a priority of 10 is not based in reality.
