Sent you the data but this site wouldn't allow me to attach the downloaded hex file because of the .ab type. So I sent a word doc instead. If you know a work around let me know. There's usually only 1 character in the hex codes that changes to adjust the actual settings, the rest of those characters are variable based on the VIN, like an encryption key. Every model year, every trim package could have some variables with different codes, but the VIN is the biggest factor with what you mentioned, so your values will always be different from other trucks, you just need to know which position in the hex number has to change, which can be different for each setting.
Until there's enough people willing to share the full as-built data for various builds, and their VIN numbers to match, we don't stand much chance at fully mapping the hex codes. I've offered before to take a stab at this, but no takers so far on sharing those details.
Consider this an open invite to all who read it, PM me the details if you want to contribute.
Here's a template:
Year:
Model:
Engine:
Drive Type:
Optional Packages:
VIN Number:
Then attach the full list of As-Built data codes, copied or downloaded from the motorcraft service website.
