Another year and another SEMA show with the 22-24 Maverick headlights and tail lights being showcased. I've had some experience with testing on these and am stoked for the release. I'm told these are actually finally in production and should be available early 2026.

No clue yet, just based on their current offerings I'd guess around $1000

The taillights look great, and I'm looking forward to seeing them in person.

I currently have the BAP taillights on my Maverick, and while I generally like them, they don't contrast well against the Cactus Gray paint. Additionally, the halogen bulbs inside of them are an issue for me, mainly because I suffer from OCD. 😝

The Form taillights have a very high-quality, OEM aesthetic. I anticipate these will offer much better contrast with the Cactus Gray paint. As mentioned, I will make a final decision once I check them out in person.

Are you going to sell your factory tailights? I like the BAP look. I hate my plain chrome XLT ones.

Negative. I'm going to keep the BAP taillights.

I could sell you the factory red ones it came with from factory if you're interested? They have the LED strip as opposed to the ones the XL and XLT come with.

Oh so you have the chrome ones with the led accents? I thought you wanted to get rid of the BAP taillights. I see you live in Ca. so you are to far from me.

I love the BAP taillights. I can't see myself getting rid of them.

I have the factory red ones that my Maverick came with sitting in the closet.

I'm not 100% positive , but I believe you need an extra adapter if you plan on installing the Lariat LED taillights to an XL or XLT trim Maverick.

I could be wrong, but that's what I've heard.

This is why Diode Dynamic bulbs are your friend because I can't stand incandescent bulbs while everything else is LED!

I will say I do like the taillights a lot. However after just ruining my felt engine shield (oil) and thinking to myself...."$300+ more for the Rival skid plate adds NO additional capability to my truck....this isn't worth it"

These lights fall into that same boat. I know people customize but if it isn't adding capability or functionality (or warranty protection!) I am unlikely to invest.
I would say that any kind of metal skid plates trumps the felt crap they put on it from the factory. With that in mind, it may not necessarily add capability but it does add much superior protection to damage from road debris etc., etc. I have a Tremor so any of the crap felt that can be replaced is a huge win in my book.

Yeah the AWD hybrid is not an off road vehicle - but I did appreciate the skid plate this week in 15" of snow. Wish I had the skid plate for the cat and the battery too.

We are working on scheduling media content at this time. It appears we have two vehicles coming in this month. The snow here created a delay in our original plan of action. Stay tuned.

Forgive my sarcasm, Carlos.

But yeah, I really hope Form develops taillights that resolve the issue with hyperflashing. I've spoken with people that have them on their 4Runners, and they love them.
