Form Lighting Headlight Install

Is the horizontal bar on the grille of the XLT a darker gray than on my Lariat? It looks like it in your pics. Love the headlights. If the grilles are different, I hope someone with a Lariat that doesn’t have the BAP posts an install pic soon.

It looks like it is darker than the Lariat, its like a charcoal gray instead of silver

You have to remove the bar for the install anyway. just paint it black.

I like the color it it now though. I think it give more visual interest. I know I’m in the vast vast minority on this but I wish there was an option for these headlights to have chrome in them instead of all black. I know, I know; they’d likely sell a tiny number of them which is why they haven’t done it. But I’m one of the few people who still like some chrome on my vehicles.

You have to remove the bar for the install anyway, just paint it black or vinyl wrap it

It's really not that complicated at all, plus Form has full written instructions with pictures and also a full video on everything you would need to do for the install.
