Anyone got output shots? I wanna make sure these are worth it since I drive mostly on 55mph limit back roads at night

I admit I have not purchased or installed these, so take my question for what it’s worth. Any chance you missed reinstalling the tabs he mentions around minute 3:51 of his video? How the heck did you get the output to shoot that far? I recently installed mine and I just drove at night for the first time over the weekend. They only broadcast light about 20-30 feet in front of the truck. I thought I was going to hit something going home. I had to use the brights as much as I could (which work great). I tried adjusting with the adjustment screws but nothing changes. I must have turned them over 20 times in each direction and there is no noticeable change. how many times do they need to be turned in order to make any perceivable changes?

I sent an email to Form Lighting support. Their reply was rather quick, so I'll give them that.I admit I have not purchased or installed these, so take my question for what it’s worth. Any chance you missed reinstalling the tabs he mentions around minute 3:51 of his video?
Wow. I can understand your anger!I sent an email to Form Lighting support. Their reply was rather quick, so I'll give them that.
They said "Those do look to be pointing pretty extremely downwards, and this is usually due to the adjustment assembly being detached internally, which can happen in shipping." While I'm happy with the quick response, I'm super annoyed that they didn't have some way to mitigate this if they were already aware of it being a potential issue. Or at least some kind of warning in the installation manual to check this BEFORE installation. They gave me some instruction on how to TRY to reconnect the adjustment assembly with the lamps still connected, but I was only able to get the passenger side to work. I wasn't able to fix the driver's side. I'm going to try again this weekend, but I don't think it's going to work without having to take the lamp back out. That will effing suck because the whole front bumper assembly has to be removed, which includes my fender flares that are attached in part with double-sided tape.
To be honest, these headlights are FAR too expensive to deal with this kind of preventable issue. I'm quite angry about it. But, they do look super sharp otherwise.
I completely understand the frustration. At least you were able to get one of them fixed. I actually lost a low beam on my passenger side. Customer service is top notch, and I'll be getting a replacement. But now I have to wait for them to come off backorder, which could be another month or 2. As well as have to redo the whole process of removing the bumper, not bad, but annoying for sure.I sent an email to Form Lighting support. Their reply was rather quick, so I'll give them that.

That’s actually pretty discouraging for me. I was seriously thinking about pulling the trigger. But these things are too expensive and the process to replace them is way too involved to have to deal with faulty products. I think you and Jahson have just saved me $1kI completely understand the frustration. At least you were able to get one of them fixed. I actually lost a low beam on my passenger side. Once they finally get caught up with orders it’ll be a lot less of an issue. I’m here to be transparent, and being a brand ambassador doesn’t make immune to having issues. So far though most people have been happy and problem free. The good thing is they fully stand behind their products and customer service is good, something you won’t get with any of the eBay headlights. That’s actually pretty discouraging for me.
