Yeah the Ford emails come through to my junk folder about half the time (i received a few changing my build date). No emails from ford the last week, but like i said, my window sticker did update, it changed from a 3/11 dated sticker to 3/19, no changes other than date on the sticker.
The only email I've gotten from Ford in the last week was this morning's change of my build date. Third change in a month, now 3-28 for my JUNE order.

No email so far. I never received the original order confirmation from Ford either, 10/06. Called ford back in November and they confirmed I am in the system. Hybrid lux no 360 slider and soft folding cover.

Got one too. At least this is some confirmation I'm on their list and still in line. Ordered a Cactus Gray XL Hybrid on Oct. 25, 2021. Backed out the SIBL but don't wanna give up the CP360. Nice at least Ford saw fit to communicate with this email. It's something... 🤔 Maybe.​

Received the email from Ford on Friday at 9:59 p.m. Ordered XLT, 2.0L, with Lux from Granger on January 13th.

Just got mine last night. I sent a reply(not that it will do anything) explaining the fact that this being the first thing I have heard since my June order is a joke. Name one other business that would still be around if they didn't tell their customers sa thing for 9 months.

I got mine last night. I'm digesting it differently than all the neg posters here. Notice the pointer slide bar is mid-way between order confirmed and scheduled for production? I ordered Dec 15, 2021, and have just been calling Ford Customer Service 1x mid-month since then. My status was always "order processing" which I never heard of before... and this looks like I may have moved from the No Man's Land Limbo to a place where I may actually be previewed to select for Production. I have been at Priority 19 since the day I ordered and my dealer Sales Mgr checked VVR for me last week and said there are 2 in front of me here. I have multiple constrained items in my build and will not change it- gonna let it ride till the end.

My take is Ford has a better idea now of materials availability and what can be scheduled (though they won't tell us that) after making a big push to ask people to remove constrained and unavailable items from their builds and it let them sort things out better towards fulfilling the MY2022 builds remaining. They obviously continue to get real time info internally about upcoming deliverables too which adds more clarity- but is always a moving target as deliveries arrive or get pushed out further- again this info will not be given to us buying public.

I'm seeing progress little by little and appreciated the update even lacking details most people are desperate for. Glass half full for sure 🍻

So when you ordered in June, you didn’t know and ford didn’t tell you that actual production wouldn’t even begin until September?

seems like it’s been about 5 months in reality

This email went out to all custom orders not yet complete the sale yet on all models. I have seen Mach-E, Bronco, and Maverick forums receiving the emails.

I can see some marketing manager telling the marketer putting that email together, " Can you slide that pointer right a touch so it looks like progress?"

Still, it's pretty uninformative but is what we've been asking for. Not a bad first step toward better communication, I guess.

Hmm I’m honestly wondering if the dealership who took my deposit is required by law to pay interest on my $500 ? In New Jersey you have to give utilities a deposit to start a service, and that deposit is returned with interest. Just trying to make the dealers squirm.
