I've been waiting almost eight months for my Maverick. 10 days ago I called customer care I got the nicest lady that there could be.πŸ‘ I explained my case to her and she opened I guess you call it a investigation and gave me a case number.
I was to call back in 5 to 7 days if I did not hear anyting I called back 2 days ago and got the rudest unfriendly arrogant customer service person there was. In short he told me I was wasting my time I got very upset said goodbye I hope the Easter Bunny brings you a better attitude cuz yours sucks.πŸ‘ŽπŸ˜² I just called Ford again and I got another super nice lady documented a lot more things for me as a ongoing investigation that needs to be looked into. In short I don't know what's going to happen but it sure was nice to have somebody that was sympathetic to your problem and is trying to get it resolved.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is don't give up there are some nice people at Ford customer care that to care. Also she sent me a nice gift better then the Fitz gift that I wonder if I will get.πŸ‘πŸ˜ŽπŸŽπŸ’²πŸ–’

Nice post except for the garbled heading. Was Ford's response any better after waiting the 5-7 days?

I talked to a super nice and helpful lady there named Sherry 2 months ago. Last month I talked to a guy there who was also pleasant and tried to be helpful. There's only so much they can do as they are limited by what they can access in the data bases and unofficially give opinions about what they are hearing is going on at that moment in time. Have not had a bad experience there.... yet.

I have called before and although very nice- Its just a waste of time, all they can say/see is Yes Sir! I see your clean unscheduled order but that only points to an order # with no useful information whatsoever so I am not sure what the point is...

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with Ford Customer Relations employees. They all sound like they work from home and can get away with giving you a bad attitude. All they do is document things and give you case numbers but nothing else. I've had to report missing FordPass rewards, my missing FITS kit, and 2 reached out to me from my posts on this forum who did nothing as well.

They toss you around to multiple departments and each one tells you to contact the other department. Big waste of $$$ for Ford.

Our one and only experience with contacting Ford Customer Service was waaaaay back in October of 2021. We were getting nervous after reading posts on this forum that our dealer didn't input our order correctly.

The woman we spoke with was somewhat friendly but really didn't have any information for us. She did confirm our order was placed correctly but that's about it.

It was an underwhelming experience for sure but my guess is these CSRs are really getting tired of people calling once, twice, or more a month asking were their truck is at.

As a patiently (sorta) waiting Mav purchaser and an employee if a Ford Dealer I can tell you that the FITZ gift was sent to the dealer principle with your VIN number on it. I've had the gift since 2/20. Truck is on a train somewhere in United States
