I've been waiting almost eight months for my Maverick. 10 days ago I called customer care I got the nicest lady that there could be.
I explained my case to her and she opened I guess you call it a investigation and gave me a case number.
I was to call back in 5 to 7 days if I did not hear anyting I called back 2 days ago and got the rudest unfriendly arrogant customer service person there was. In short he told me I was wasting my time I got very upset said goodbye I hope the Easter Bunny brings you a better attitude cuz yours sucks.
I just called Ford again and I got another super nice lady documented a lot more things for me as a ongoing investigation that needs to be looked into. In short I don't know what's going to happen but it sure was nice to have somebody that was sympathetic to your problem and is trying to get it resolved.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is don't give up there are some nice people at Ford customer care that to care. Also she sent me a nice gift better then the Fitz gift that I wonder if I will get.
