I did now. I remember that on the Bronco, never on the Maverick. Bronco was its own deal probably because of the reservations required. Over 2 years later and some still not built
What do you think ROVP stands for. I have ordered 5 Mavericks for my dealership and we have done COVP (Customer Order Verification Program) on all. Never heard of the other.
Can't be 18 months, Order Open was 6/15/21. If it was a Hybrid they didn't even start building them till Dec. But I agree they took forever. If I was you I would buy it and resell to someone who is waiting. Maybe make some extra money
I would like to know when you ordered it. I don't know how any dealer can tell you when you will get one. With the allotment issues and chip problems. Only way to say when you will get for sure is when the truck shows up
My truck had been on and off of hold since Feb 25. I believe Ford has a rail car shipping issue and does not want anyone to know. So all of a sudden the final transport companies got a huge influx of vehicles at one time causing a back up. Basically Ford had no real idea where your truck was...
Hmmm, I work for the dealership I ordered my truck from. And we tried to just delete the sibl, everyone can get one of those done locally. I visited with our Ford Sales rep and she thinks your truck will have a bedliner when it comes in. Just repeating what she told me. We would have deleted...
EVERY Ford vehicle has a key code, even those with push button start. The dealer is supposed to record that on the Pre Delivery Inspection. Some times it is a sticker on the bag the keys come in. At the dealership I work at we record all codes in a book and it is also in the business system so...
But.....the bedliner is PART of the Lux package. The only way to remove bedliner is to remove Lux. Personally I do not believe the bedliner us the constraint. It's just what Ford is using as an excuse!
Ford's tracking on vehicles has gone to crap. I work for a dealer and I have a Maverick coming. Built 2/23. Shipped 2/25. Still not here. Sat for 2 weeks in Nogales AZ, and has been in Blue Island IL almost 3 weeks. At least that's what tracking shows. We called the trucking company that brings...
The big dealer might have a better chance of getting the truck, but also are more likely to add 5 to 10 K on to the price. Better off to find a dealer that doesn't require any deposit and will take care of you later
I work at dealer I am buying my Maverick from. It's a little more than that but definitely not 2500. Unless they are trading something in and the dealer is making it look like they are getting that. Or the dealer has marked up over MSRP and then reduced price. Maybe? Would be interested to see...
They sold it for $2500 under MSRP? Holy crap there isn't that much markup in a Maverick! So how much did you pay? And did you trade something in? Thats a great deal.
