How the heck do I get this zip tie off so I can take off the cover?

Don't think I can cut it. And started using the Dremel, but ended up not going through with it because it seemed like a bad idea in case I slip and cut all those wires...

You can just cut it with sharp side cutters - it's deceptive it looks very tight and impossible. Once you cut it you will see how it comes out and a new ones goes in.

Thanks. Cut it without damage (I think) to the harness with those...now I can't get the black cap off. Any tips there?

IIRC, there is like a tab on the curved end that will let you pop it up and then unclip it from the other side. I'll have to go back and look at my pics if that doesn't sound right.

You're 100% right. Had to put more force on it than I was before...

I got some great news for the ppl that want to do this by yourself with your own diode dynamics fogs lights . I will posting soon a diy with video on how to do it . Using the diode dynamics fogs lights harness. Heres a raw picture of the convertion.

The before and after . Way less wires and more cleaner build and easy to Install. Stay put im busy with 3 im doing at the momment but soon I will try to make it simple for you guys and girls.

Amazon pin kit

Do you think these pins will work in the BCM connector?
This looks like it might be the correct pin to me:

But I also posted the exact pin to order I think earlier in this thread. Probably end up costing around the same and you would have the exact one for sure.

Why not buy the 2 pins from ford they even come with the shrink tubing.
Well I'm looking at a lot of mods that involve getting into PCM, BCM and BJB and was hoping I can just buy a pin kit and have everything on hand so I don't need to keep ordering pins from Ford. I've also got plenty of heat shrink and crimping tools so ordering them from Ford doesn't do me much benefit.
