Does any one know if there is an engine cover that will work on a 2025 hybred f w d? Would like to clean up the look of the engine compartment. Thanks

A friend added an engine cover to soon find out some very minor work, something like checking or adjusting removing the cover there's an extra charge for cover removal. I passed on the cover.

My motorcycle engine has a cover and requires 1/2 hour of billable labor to remove and replace the cover.

I’ve looked for the cover high and low. It’s extremely hard to find. I would suggest a salvage yard yards no longer being made.

If and when you find a engine cover don't forget about the associated mounting Hardware.
I also own a hybrid. There are no belts to inspect or adjust.

It certainly gives a clean appearance to the engine compartment.

Escape engine cover should fit the 2.5 hybrid.

My dealer fitted one for me before I picked it up.

So, I just picked up a new-to-me 2022 hybrid (<25,K miles ) and when I looked under the hood and saw that there was no engine beauty cover I told the dealer (Hyundai) that the the cover was missing and that they needed to source one as part of the sale. (I'm still waiting for it and I'm guessing this could be the reason why.)
Did the 2022 Maverick hybrid NOT come with an engine cover from the factory???
I don't really give a shit about the cover, I was more concerned about the car being "complete" if I go to trade it in in the future.

No Maverick model from day one ever had a factory installed engine cover.

Even the plastic mounts on the valve cover are there - I pointed them out to the salesperson as evidence that the cover was missing. (I wonder if I should let the "stealership" off the hook or hold them to the agreement they signed?)

I usually take mine off anyway, I believe it keeps the mice from trying to live there. I have a Mazda cx-5 that the mice would try and nest under the cover on it a lot until I took it off. One less home and more likely to move on.

It was a cost cutting measure, there is no point to an engine cover other than cosmetic, and the Maverick was (is) a low cost entry level vehicle. There is no part available for your dealer to install. Don't be a dick about this, show a little integrity. If you want a cover, add your own after you buy it.

Engine cover was never offered on the Maverick. It was on the Escape
