When your wife gives you a hard time about directions, just pull the green tab and it will eject the passenger seat.

I noticed it last night. Driver side rear wheel well.
It's a green tab like plastic thing. I can pull it back and forth but I can't remove it. I mean if I pull hard enough I probably can but I don't want to break it. Anybody know what this is or if it's anything important?

Rapid disassembly release cable. If you pull really hard the truck turns into a pile of parts.

My guess:
One of several unused brackets intended for mounting items not applicable to your MY hybrid.
My vehicle has the same unused bracket.
I suspect someone with a 25 EB has something attached to it...

In any case, not to worry, stuff like this happens a lot.

Yep, that's what I figured, too. I was thinking about using it as a place to mount my after-market flux capacitor.

It appears to be a multi-use bracket. The item I have my finger on in my picture , is attached to the bottom of the bracket.

Yep, that's what I figured, too. I was thinking about using it as a place to mount my after-market flux capacitor.

Typical flux capacitor mounting is behind or above the rear passenger seat or a heat resistant bulkhead suitable to significantly reduce the wiring distance to the Mr. Fusion, as long cables to support the instantaneous transfer of 1.21 gigawatts of power would get hot enough to melt through the truck chassis...

Once you get it operational, please be sure to come back and let the forum know how well the Mavericks hold up after 10 years, and/or as a time travel vehicle.

If your green tab is hanging loose like that, you might want to clip it back into place, as seen in this photo.
