Ford Chat responded, stating my order was listed as "in process". gonna see if I can't get more info from the dealer themselves when I get the chance to go in, but it's good to confirm that Ford received it.

Was the order code different from what they told you to start with?

Yeah. The temp code they gave me ended up being replaced by my real order code, and that one actually worked when I called Ford.
I’m positive they had access to it the whole time, but didn’t know how to look it up in their system.
