    Called in WC and was told that they pushed all the orders to top priority, though order form shows 19. Probably SOL I guess.

    Ford Chat responded, stating my order was listed as "in process". gonna see if I can't get more info from the dealer themselves when I get the chance to go in, but it's good to confirm that Ford received it.

    Similar issue, I was out of town from my Local dealer so I called and was told I could order over the phone or online and present ID when I return or also submit it online. I emailed Thursday (last week), was able to send in the info they requested and said they'd send a way to submit ID. I have...
