Nope I dont think so. Mine makes a pop noise literally all the time. Seems like it's coming from the left -ish side but it's hard to tell.

I put house screen rubber strip between front pillars and dash wit screwdriver on each end and stopped the noise.

Same. Mine is driver’s side near windshield. Sort of a low key knock. Almost sounds like a marble rolling back and forth. Can put my fingers in the defrost vents and it seems to stop.

Search for windshield alignment pins on here. It's likely what's causing your issues, especially if they get worse with the colder weather.

Its probably the windshield pins. My dealer already took my windshield off twice to "readjust" the pins but the noise keeps coming back. I am going to go to a different dealer, because the readjustment does not work for more than a few days.

The dealer told me another Maverick owner had the same issue with brand new truck and it is a factory install problem. Ford needs to recall this. It is unacceptable especially for a brand new truck.

Mine was built October 2021. Don't count on them issuing a recall. ;)

Windshield alignment pins is one source. Pin removal can solve this issue.

Another is the tweeter speaker grills/covers tapping again the pillars. Felt tape on the speaker cover side of the contact area has been recommended to solve that.

Some also have a noise coming from the base of the windshield dash area. Foam strip/weatherstripping down in-between the windshield and dash seems to work for that one.

YES. Exact same noise. I describe mine as a plastic-y knock sound.
