It’s going to be a bit of a wash.

Ford knows how many units are on order and what the spec is total. They likely allocate the number of production slots based on demand regionally and production capacity total. PA for example is having higher demand because of Chapman Ford. Thus they get a bigger piece of the production pie. That pie slice is then further allocated to dealerships based on demand at the dealership and the dealership allocates based on what’s available to them and what there orders are.

so just because a delivery is going elsewhere, should not substantially affect scheduling. There will be done that slip forward a cycle, some that slip back, but without knowing the overall picture, detecting that slippage would be difficult

I'll wait for my truck instead of removing the factory spray-in liner. I have it on my 2013 F150 work truck and it's still as solid as the day it came off the line. There are too many variables with trusting the dealer to get it done, and I've seen some pretty bad ones that haven't even lasted a year. Must have patience, Daniel-san!

And I am amazed at your negativity and inability to understand you have a preorder, not a production order, for a vehicle that is not even released for sale yet until the 9/15ish time frame and that parts are difficult due to COV shortages and supply chain issues. The day to day ups and downs are irrelevant until the switch is flipped and production is started.

Used vehicle prices won't stay above normal forever. If you can still function without the trade in for a few months. I'd sell it off while the used market is hot.

I took advantage of the prices and sold my Frontier 4x4 the same week I ordered the Mav (6/14) in the hopes I would have the Mav by winter. That decision might come back to bite me. Still not scheduled and only have a Mustang to drive, which I usually store in winter. Not good in snow and ice and don't want salt on it.

Besides 2.0 vs 2.5...Plant constraints this week that might have prevented your Maverick from scheduling - keep in mind some may have scheduled with these options...supply vs demand:
