I am now approaching my second oil change (third, really, since I did one at ~2000 miles), and with 15,000 miles on it, I'm concerned about it using oil.
Modern engines just don't use oil and this one is: do these engines, which use an aluminum block, have steel liners, or are they a nikasil coating?
I had a Hyundai Tucson engine fail at only 100,000 miles because of failed Nikasil cylinders, so am a b it concerned.
