Brandon Ford in Brandon, Florida has plenty of new Trucks, including 14 new Mavericks. Overpriced would be an understatement!
They have . . . 596 F-150s
Pretty close to my situation but I am retired. Ordered a Hybrid Lariat in 2021, waited 15 months and it was built on the first day of 2023 production. I got it in January and I COULDN"T BE HAPPIER!
Yes, some are having legitimate issues, but I have had NONE! Some folks out there would bitch...
Even though my avatar suggests Cactus Grey, I changed my 22MY order to Iconic Silver after it got rolled over. After many months, I finally got to physically see the Catus Grey. I asked the dealership if they could put the two trucks next to each other and for me, I really liked the metallic and...
Exactly - So glad I got my 2023 Lariat/Hybrid (01/11/23) that I ordered back in 2021. I ordered it with all the "Standard" items that were "Included", with the exception of the $100 hitch. This was all I wanted and all I needed. With the $2,750 ford rebate and the Ford A/Z-Plan @ $1,406 applied...
Personally it's the front headlight profile on the right front fender of the vehicle close to the road that is definitive. I know of no other truck with that headlight profile.
I do believe these are Mavericks -- sad indeed!
Jim Farley was on FOX this morning to announce Ford's return to Formula One Racing . . . . But for the Maverick Hybrid folks out there, I think Farley's comments about the battery manufacturing confirms what many of us have been saying for some time now. I wrote about this sometime back but...
After seeing this article earlier this month (see link) and the fact that the Maverick got a 5 out of 5 in all but one "Crash Test" category, I'm not going to assume anyone died in this Maverick accident. I certainly hope not.

Congratulation!
and . . . . . . after 442 days since I ordered, I too got the call today.
Delivery took 76 days from "Built" to dealer.
I'll be picking it up tomorrow -- been a long wait and like so many, a slew of disappointments along the way. I'll be getting $4,063 dollars off MSRP via...
My 2023 Hybrid was also a 22-roll-over ordered originally on Oct. 25th, 2021. It was one of the first MY23 Hybrids built Nov. 25th. I am in SW Florida and my Mav is still on the rail system just SW of Lakeland, FL with an ETA of 12-31 to 01-06 to my dealer.
If your Maverick takes the same...
Well, I did some research a while back but didn't post it -- just been too busy, I guess. So, I remember a day back in 1974 when myself, my brother, and father all bought a new Chevy at the local dealership. Dad got a Caprice, I got a Blazer, and my brother got a Vett. I remember that Vette as...
Hermosillo can stamp 35 Mavericks OR 37 Bronco Sports an hour - not both at the same time. That means the line, at full speed, only assembling Broncos, can build 37 units per hour max. At present, they are running 2 shifts, five days a week. Although the website says it's open 24/7, that doesn't...
"EPA requires auto manufacturers to revise MPG (miles per gallon) values on fuel economy labels (window stickers) if relevant information becomes available that show that values are too high. EPA oversees the MPG values on fuel economy labels in a variety of ways including:

You're welcome. I've had boats most of my life and those hatches have hundreds of uses. They are waterproof and couldn't possibly alter MPG. Would't be surprised if a MTC member posts a hatch used elsewhere on a Maverick. I have a few ideas of my own. like I said, I am waiting for my Maverick to...
