Hello All;

Just wanted to know how many of us out there haven't had any major issues (Examples: Front cv axle replacement, rear differential issues) with our EB or Hybrids. I read so many posts regarding issues and, so far, my 2022 EB Lariat with almost 40k miles has been purring right along. Am I just lucky or are there many more of us out there that are same?

Consider myself one of the lucky ones. MY22 awd 4k tow lariat. ZERO issues so far, not even a rattle/squick. Hope I don’t ruin my experience so far posting this. 100% pleased with this truck

Several times I've seen posts from people thinking they may be lucky because they've gone 30-50K miles and had no issues. All of the threads I've seen on this subject have many people reporting no issues. Owners are clearly in a sad state when they don't expect that range of trouble-fee miles from modern vehicles.

To the OP, have you ever been a part of a vehicle forum before? You should know that you can expect to see many complaints on a forum, and those complaints will greatly outweigh the number of people posting what a great ownership experience they have had. So, "reading so many posts regarding issues" doesn't really imply that there are more issues with the Maverick than other vehicles.

5k miles on my first edition and 55k miles on my current truck, no issues other than doing the recalls. I did like the battery recall since now I have a new AGM battery. (y)

TBone is right- people typically do not post when everything is great, so the percentage of posts that are issues and complaints are not at all representative of average owners.

I've only had my '24 for 9 months, and I've only put 5400 miles on it in that time, but I haven't had any issues that required anything to be done.

I haven't had the camera recall(s) fixed yet, because I've had no issues. I plan to get that handled at my next oil change.

I have had the infotainment reboot on its own once, and once it seized up and I had to reboot it. The first time I drove it in cold weather, it did one really weird thing: the temperature display switched to Celsius from Fahrenheit on its own. The next time I started the engine, it was back to Fahrenheit, though, and has remained that way ever since.

none, but only 8k miles. I wouldn't expect any issues for the first 75k miles, or 100k, because I do proper maintenance and don't drive like a teenager. Our family logging company always bought F250s, and one of them was in the shop about 4 of it's first 6 months. All factory defects, must have been built by UAW on a Monday or the day after a Union gathering.

My 2022 has just over 42,000 miles, and the only issue I've had is that the battery failed in my garage at home.

I’ve had minor issues with both of my Mavericks but nothing that would make me regret the purchase.

Modern (especially post covid) vehicles have minor issues

24 ecoboost 2 recalls and tag illights fixed (TSB to fix popping out). Over a year and 12000 miles. So far the best vehicle and or truck I've owned. Truly enjoy driving it. Right now 33.4 mpg on this tank and 29.2 or higher averaged since I've owned it including winter and towing several trailers.

Hope this doesn't jinks me but so far so good. Oh haven't checked yet but when I took it in for the taillights I also asked to recalibrate the rearview camera. After recall fix it doesn't line up exactly with the black center line. Still doable but a pain compared to prior recall work. That of course I can't blame on the truck or Ford but the mechanic who did the fix or recall at the dealership. Not to distressed over it, everybody has a bad day and for that matter I surely am not perfect.

No issues at 7400 miles on my 2024 Ecoboost that came with an AGM battery.

850 miles on my 25 Lobo with only 2 minor issues. Air Bag dash light & wrong radiator/fan combo.
