Color Update After VIN

For those of you that have a VIN and production date. I have a production date 2 months out from now. I went to my dealer today and was able to update my paint color. I didn’t try to change anything else.

Switched from alto blue to hot pepper red. Saw an alto in person finally and wasn’t really wowed by it like I was with the red. My dealer also said that most of the Mavericks coming in are alto blue too.

It’s enough to stand out but not so obvious to be identified (cyber orange, I considered you too).

I switched from HPR to Cactus Gray after getting my VIN last year. Love the red, but just too overpowering IMO.

Changed my original choice of Area 51 to CO after learning almost half the trucks were ordered in that color. Then saw a CO next to a school bus and decided that color wasn't for me either. Made a last minute change to HPR. I am extremely happy with that final choice. It's a stand out color.

Carbonized Gray is probably the most underrated Maverick color, IMO. It's sharper than you'd think!

I can’t speak for any place other than the dealer I’m going through. He mentioned that the ones that they will be getting from other customer orders are mostly alto blue.

Oh it does look nice. I’ve had silver and gray cars in the past.

I am staying with the CO. been second guessing since I saw the Red. But have liked the CO since I sat in one and change mine from Area 51 to CO....

I like my carb gray but it seems like every truck in NE FL is charcoal gra, no matter the make or model I ordered my ‘23 in Area 51. I like blue and the color matches my eyes Would love to hear if dirt really shows on A51. It definitely doesn’t show much on the CarbGray unless it’s the red clay when I drive to NC.

I have an Atlas Blue BAP and while it is great, I am thinking of switching my second order over to HPR with BAP. I think it would look great in that color with that package

Got Area 51 because I’ve had 3 previous cars with CG. Yes I like the grey always waxes up shiny.
