Cancelled 22 Hybrids being moved to priority 02?

Well, this is seabee67 and my dealer put me at priority 30 ! I went to my dealer Nov 15 2022 to change my 2022 to the 2023 . Can anyone tell me want priority 30 is and well it sat me back ? I called Ford maverick and the lady said I'm at the same place i was except I don't have a vin number yet ? I had a vin number went it was a 2022 truck so i wonder how long these well take to get a new vin number ? Thank you for your help p.s. I hope i get it before the 2024's come out
Priority 30 is what they put for dealer stock, not preorders. They should have set it to 10 (the highest a dealer can set). Priority 30 puts you in line behind the canceled 22's AND the new 23 preorders. If that's the case there's a 99% chance you won't get one since there are already rumors that they won't be able to meet the preorders. Hopefully, Ford updated it to 2 for you like they were supposed to with all the canceled 22's with a VIN. Call your dealer.

No E-mails from ford since my 22MY scheduled order was cancelled and replaced with 23MY by ford. Seems my dealer can't add my email address to the new order. Because of this I hit up Ford Customer Service every day on Chat. Today I got this reply;

You're welcome! David, I see that your order is currently in order processing and scheduled to go into production the (Week -of Jan-23-2023 ) at our Ford Hermosillo Assembly, SO. The VIN 3FTTW8E36PRA17XXX has been issued. These dates are estimated and can changes based off of specific factors related to your order, the plant, or the transporter. Specific details as to why the dates are pushed are not available. I would recommend continuing to check back for any new updates!

Currently, this is all of the information available regarding your order. I would recommend continuing to check back periodically for any new information. Please keep in contact with your dealerships sales department as well as they should always have the most updated information regarding your order status.

It's scheduled but the week of January 23 is a long way off for an October 21 order. I'll be lucky to see the truck by March 23.

For the record this is a Hybrid Lariot NOLUX with CP360 and hitch as only options. Tim was right when he said us Priority 2's should leave the hitch on.

Man after over 400 days of waiting I hope I get picked to be built sooner rather than later. Having had a build /DAY/ at one point makes it sting even more.

@fordvideoguy, when an order is at a priority 02 can you add an email address to the order and it will stay at 02 or do you have to bring it down to at 10 for any changes to the order including adding an email address?
Also tagging @KevCuRaoi because I'm sure Tim is busy as hell and I know Kev is very knowledgeable in this stuff.

I'm trying to figure out if I need to go into full freakout mode because my dealer may have screwed my order into being at the back of their line of hybrid orders if all their orders are priority 10 and now mine has the oldest order date also at priority 10...

I wonder how they assign VINs. My VIN is in the 188xx range and is scheduled for 1/9(currently). Build in signature....
That is strange. Your build has many more options and a later VIN but earlier build date. Could be dealer allocations.

I just tracked mine on the Vehicle Tracker Page and it says Order Date 11/14/22 which should be the same for all us 22MY Forced Scheduled Rollovers.

I also just tracked mine using shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and it also indicates order date of 11/14/22. Interesting that it's in the tracking system yet still no emailed notification from Ford.

I am 99% certain that adding/changing email address associated w/ an order with Priority 02 would cause no issues. It should be easy for the dealer to check....if you try to make actual changes to an 02 order, it won't let you until you change the priority code to 10-19.

I think it would be fairly easy to have your dealer contact their reps and they could manually change the priority to 02. Ford knows it is involved in the cancellation and MY transition, because no other Mav orders were submitted in Nov.

So far today, it looks like Ford has scheduled quite a few of these order (including the only one my dealership had). I was actually quite pleasantly surprised! I had expected it to sit around for a few months!

Thanks, it was at a priority 02 and I had high hopes it would get scheduled, but the fact that Ford chat said it isn't scheduled and that it was back at a priority 10 today has me freaking out a bit...

My dealer just called me and said my Maverick XL Hybrid just received a production week of Jan. 23. He also gave me the new VIN and I confirmed the order @ Ford.com. He also said I would be receiving the Private Offer of $2750. I had to drop the originally ordered spray in bed liner but they will do it at the dealership for the same price. Anyone else with the cancelled MY22 VIN heard anything from Ford?

I can't remember and all of my priority 2 orders got scheduled today and I'm not able to do any editing on the day they get scheduled.
Since it seems the scheduling has been done for the day, if I go into my dealership and sit down with the sales manager, would they be able to quickly look at all their orders that got scheduled today? I'd like to know if they had any hybrids that scheduled and if so, why my order, (which according to Ford, is their top priority) got passed over.

Sounds like a stellar dealer! I don't here a hear a word from my dealer unless I initiate contact and they wanted $1500 to do the SIBL!
