on my 24 have notice that it is a little bit lazy at going to highbeam automatically when I 1st start up my car. Usually get about a mile before they start working. Crest of the hill too as someone else noted.Anyone have an issue with headlights not switching automatically to HighBeam.
Search the menu and you may find that the auto headlight choice is turned off.The light knob has to be in automatic headlight mode and you have to cycle through the high beam stalk positions until the A lights up. You have to be driving faster than something like 20 mph and the camera can't see oncoming lights or bright reflections.
Me as well. Drove through a light fog under street lights, and it constantly flashed off and on under every light. Couldn't wait to turn it off.This is one of the first things I turned off on my truck, it’s a useless feature that doesn’t work properly. It was constantly flashing oncoming drivers.
They don’t activate until 30mph. Actually mine work very well (22 XLT ). Was driving at night with a friend and he noticed how well the auto hi-beams were functioning.
