A slight pull to the right on a single lane roadway is typically the water drainage crown in the road. Drive in the left lane on a highway and see if it still pulls right.
Yep, still pulls. I've tried it in every lane on several multi lane highways and it still pulls to the right. It'll pull to the right when I have high winds blowing from right to left too.

Might be some wear in something somewhere that alignment cannot correct for. Probably need to check with new set of tires to eliminate tires with wear issues complicating things

Can you post the alignment measurements?
A consistent pull is typically too much negative camber on the opposite side. Could also be rear alignment.

One easy trick to eliminate whether it's a tire problem up front is to swap the two fronts side to side.
If it still pulls to the right, it's likely still an alignment issue.

I battled this for 25,000 miles but mine also wandered. Recently the right front started shaking only upon excelleration. I had the CV Axle changed and the difference is night and day. Though the Maverick tracks staight, I can feel the left front slightly pulling left to right, that axle is getting changed next!

You might think about Road Force Balancing.

Here's the alignment reports. The one with all the red is the first one. The other one is a week or so later.

For some reason it uploaded one of those images twice. There are only two reports.

Update:

Apparently it was the tires. Got a new set put on a week or so ago. No more noticeable pulling to the right, even at higher speeds.

I still don't understand why it was always pulling to the right even after rotating the tires a couple of times, but they were due for replacement anyway, so I'm not worrying about it!

It's a tire problem not an alignment problem

Were your old tires directional? Even if they were typical nondirectional, symmetrical tires (meaning either sidewall can face out and there's no specified direction of rotation), I've had situations where mounting all four tires with the other sidewalls facing out (the one without the full DOT number) fixes a pull.

I recently got replacement tires and also have a slight pull to the right now even after checking that the alignment is dead on. But I'm not gonna bother dismounting and remounting the tires since the tires will probably dry rot before they wear out.

I have no idea, they were the factory tires that came with my 2024 Lariat. I drive a LOT of highway miles for my job, so it was time for new tires.

Called it! One of the tires probably had a "separation" where the tire was not symmetrical side-to-side on the tread.
