'24 XLT AUTO STOP not working

Have a 2024 XLT with EB engine. I've noticed lately at traffic lights, the engine no longer Auto Stops. Could it be that the outside air temp is too low and the engine needs to run to keep the cabin warm? Or is this just a blessing in disguise for future starter repairs that won't need to happen? Lol

It could be the fact that if it's cold and the cabin isn't up to temperature that the car will not stop. From what I understand it could also be the fact that the battery isn't charged enough so it won't stop and start. I am not 100% sure there could be other things but I don't know for sure only because I usually disable mine every time I get in. It's to a point where my seat belt is on I start the car I hit the auto start stop button to disable it and it's second nature now.

My 24XLT does the same thing but when I trickle charge overnight it works fine until the battery wears down again. Rinse, repeat!

I decided that since it's still under warranty, I made an appointment with my dealer and let him deal with it. I'll post what happens after March 4th

There is an Auto Stop screen selectable for the dash that will let you monitor why it is not working. Mine usually says not stopping because vehicle is charging as auto stop rarely works. Below mid-20's, it's because outside temp is too low.

Doesn’t seem to work if the seat warmers are on. Never had seat warmers but I live in Florida and really enjoy having them.

I’ve noticed my 23 EB is not working, truck stays running, probably cause I abused the button to much
