If it's something you never had in the first place, you wouldn't miss it. My 23 maverick is the first vehicle I've ever owned with a backup camera. it is convenient, but I made it 64 years without one.
I said the same about 360 cameras, but once you have it, its hard to give it up as they are nice features. I don't know why they aren't more common though, they aren't expensive to implement, but now it seems they use it as a way to entice people into buying the really expensive top trims when it likely doesn't cost more than $200 to add to the vehicle.

Nissan used to even include it on their lower trims, like Rogue SV came standard with it in '21 but then in later years they made you get the top trim. Even their cheapo Kicks used to have it on the middle trim and up IIRC, just a great safety feature.

Maybe because I've ordered one now, but I think the space white with BAP is slick too. (Minus the racing stripes...)

I know what you mean, I have a Space White on order as well and I was thinking how it's growing on me as well, didn't like it when I first saw it.

We have the 360º view on our Hyundai Palisade and it's great to have an overhead all-around view of your vehicle while backing out. In my mind, this alone would be worth getting the '25. Might save you a dent or two.

It will be fine. You'll love the truck so much you won't even give the front another thought.

I have really enjoyed the mavs. Bought my daughter a 23XL
I have a 24 Lariat BAP
I will trade my 24 mav, 13' Silverado in for a 25 1500 sierra 3.0 diesel. That will be exactly what I need and will check all the boxes. The 25 maverick is a flop in my opinion.

I'm thinking that if the 25 Maverick was the first version, most wouldn't mind the front end. Many of us were of the opinion the 22-24 Maverick's design was 'perfect' and so any change would seemingly diminish the look. I'm growing to like it, but I'm too happy with my 22 to make a major upgrade in years.

How is it a Flop. It has all the improvements most people wanted. I will most likely be trading my 22 in for one.

We all have our different wants/needs so can justify either a 24 or a 25. I remember when the Maverick first came out everyone complained about the orange accents and the useless dash cubby. Now those items don't appear to be deal breakers so the new goofy front end isn't a deal breaker fo me. I want the bigger screen so ordered a 25, others will prefer the 24.

I agree but as said earlier by others and myself I think the darker colors work better as they hide the front end treatment a bit
True. Black is the only color that really looks even half-ass good to me. That trim piece looks like it was just tacked on as an afterthought, and the bottom of it doesn't even line up with the bottom of the pieces on either end of it. Horrendous.

I can't buy black because I live on a gravel road. The truck looks like shit after the first time you drive it home.

The fugly trim piece and the deletion of HVAC controls that could safely be operated by feel, made me forget about ordering a 25 model, which I had planned to do.
And whose bright idea was it to put the infotainment volume control on the righthand side?

I just went through this exact same dilemma! I patiently waited to see what was going to be offered for 2025 before making my decision and ultimately chose a 2024. Totally understand why some people want to wait for a 2025, though! The factors for me:

1) Looks... I tried so hard to like the new front end, but ultimately couldn't. Maybe it will grow on me, but I gave it 2 months and still don't like it all that much. This is a personal preference, so I won't beat a dead horse...

2) Reduced power on 2.0... I was surprised to see the drop from the emissions additions. This was very disappointing since I had it in my head that we might see a power bump. I'm not anti-emissions. But they could have done something to offset the drop!

3) Price bump... I know they are offering a lot more features with the new trucks, but there were only a couple of features that I would have really wanted to have.

4) I don't want a hybrid... if I wanted a hybrid I would totally wait for the awd version. Even with a front face only a mother could love.

Landed on a Blue 2024 XLT tremor with the BAP. Absolutely LOVE this truck with zero regrets! Good luck with your decision! I know it isn't an easy one!
