No voltage when key is on, fuse is good. No clue as to what to do. Unplugged the battery, unplugged and reconnected the harnesses. No idea what is nextThe 12v on either side of the bed are on the same 20 amp fuse and when you turn off key they remain hot for the time delay period.
If you replace the 20 amp still no power?Key word is “should be”. Was hoping it was that easy. Not the case for me
Replace fuse any way? Might just look good?No voltage when key is on, fuse is good. No clue as to what to do. Unplugged the battery, unplugged and reconnected the harnesses. No idea what is next
Still no power, I got no clue what the dealer would do. So frustratingIf you replace the 20 amp still no power?
Did that too lol. I don’t know how to trace it past the middle harness. This is driving me nutsReplace fuse any way? Might just look good?
Ya that is what I’m thinking. Hoping dealer doesn’t screw meLooks like its time to call in Forscan to the rescue. You probably tripped a code and this has caused the outlet not to work. I could be totally off base but you have tried everything else.
I found this in another threadStill no power, I got no clue what the dealer would do. So frustrating

Several threads reporting problems. I am guessing that since it's on the delay circuit then instead of blowing the fuse the delay circuit may have another fuse or more likely a circuit breaker that tripped and might have set a code which needs to be cleared. But who knows. One reported his dealer found a blown fuse he could not find. Good luck....Still no power, I got no clue what the dealer would do. So frustrating

Yes I tried that, with no luck. I believe there is a “circuit breaker” in fuse box under the glove box. No clue on how to reset that. Only thing I haven’t tried. I pulled every 20amI found this in another thread
After I installed my bed lights, I went through the same issue!
...
solved it by turning the truck on and off! Didn't realize that the bed 12v pigtails would have ZERO power after they timeout and only gain power after the ignition is switched on again. Annoying and wasted a bit of my Saturday trying to verify my test light and multimeter were working! lol
Thank you for all the info. I am going to unplug the battery for a couple hours tomorrow and see if that makes a difference. I did like 15 minutes earlier todayI wonder if the BCM is keeping the power point latching relay Reset.
The diagrams for the relay show a Reset coil and a Set coil that the BCM controls thru a microcontroller on the BJB circuit board.
I've noticed mention of pulling off the battery for awhile to reset the BCM and that Forscan can reset a module.
I don't have a problem with mine, just wondering how there's no power to the bed if the 20A fuse isn't blown.

Have you unplugged the drivers side pigtail and tested the passenger pigtail? Then the reverse? Do they work individually? I assume you have not hooked up any device to them yet? Those breakers may not be serviceable which means they have to be replaced???or if they reset then is possible the bcm has been told to ignore that Circuit until the dealer tech resets the error flag. I have no idea, sorry...Yes I tried that, with no luck. I believe there is a “circuit breaker” in fuse box under the glove box. No clue on how to reset that. Only thing I haven’t tried. To that end could probe for power at pin 3 on the C1035B connector that's on top of the underhood junction box. It's the one closer to the engine of the two. That'd narrow it down to the relay or somewhere along the harness itself.Maybe the issue is that the harness is bad?
