12V flex bed no power

After installing a 12v power panel in the back, I now have no power to the 12v pigtail on either side. Pretty sure I touched the wires together on install and popped a fuse. I found #83 appeared to be blown which was a 20amp but in the manual it says it is a 40amp? #84 was good, which I thought would be the problem. I have literally pulled every fuse from the engine compartment and just about every fuse from passenger side with nothing popped. Reconnected the bottom part of the other pigtail under the truck. I’m so lost and have no clue. It’s a 24 hybrid.

Fuse #84 is a 20 amp fuse for the "Pick-up box power point"

The closest 40 amp fuse is #83

Still no bed power after replacing the blown 20A MCASE+ fuse?
The owner's manual seems to have the fuse # for 82, 83, 84 different vs. the service manual.

I checked every fuse in the engine compartment, I checked just about every fuse under the glove box. I unplugged the pigtail harness underneath the car. I don’t know what else beside disconnecting the battery and hoping for the best. I don’t know what a tech at the dealership will find. Don’t know if hooking up a computer will find something I can’t see.

Is that that the charger In the front dash or the one in the center console in the back for rear passengers?

I think it's the rear one but check both of them. I assuming that you're starting the engine and then checking the PowerPoints.

Using the Ford wire adapter check the current from there. don't ground to the vehicle.

I got power to both of the cigarette outlets. Are you talking about checking the pigtail (12v accessory wire) voltage?

Do you mean there is no voltage until you turn on the ignition? Then you get voltage?

The 12v on either side of the bed are on the same 20 amp fuse and when you turn off key they remain hot for the time delay period.
