That magic ceramic stuff everyone loves only applies a film thickness measured in microns. Something causing a chip tears the paint away down to the metal. Ceramic won't do squat to prevent that.

My drivers door seal took a little time to break in. Warmer weather now will help. I'd rather have a seal that does it's job but needs a bit more effort to close vs one that has wind noise.
