That would be awesome or Google Assistant, but no.
You can set up Alexa routines to start the truck, so I assume to lock/unlock it as well.
Just make a routine that "asks Ford pass to start vehicle with Pin 1234(whatever you set.)"

Noticed the Ford Pass app on my OnePlus Watch 2 last week, but I thought it was because I got a new pixel 9 Pro XL.

Someone on the Ford Maverick sub-Reddit posted this yesterday and I read it tonight, and confirmed that yes indeed, the Ford Pass application does now work on Android smart watches. In my case, a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, and the original Reddit post was for a Pixel Watch 3, so presumably, most Wear OS watches.

Do you need to pay to use this function or is it just included?

Yep, free. After many years in the Hyundai/Genesis ecosystem, I was surprised and pleased by the "gratis" access to app-related remote vehicle operations provided by Lincoln and Ford.

Me too. It was a big reason I went with the XL. Not much in the XLT I really wanted to spring for. But Minnesota here. So either long-distance remote start and cloth seats, or heated seats were something I really wanted. The fordpass app lets me kick on the heat before I head out of wherever I am... done deal without having to bump up to a new pricepoint.

It looks like there's still nothing in Garmin. Oh well!

II only needed to unlock the watch after a restart. That doesn't seem like a major inconvenience, but that's me.
Update: The watch also requires an unlock after removal (like if you take it off at night to charge like I do, or for the purpose of taking a shower, etc.). This is the same behavior if you enable Samsung Pay on the watch and is a security default to ensure someone doesn't take your watch and use it for electronic payment or -- in this case -- unlock and start your truck. I don't know that they could drive it away with no key fob, but at a minimum, unlocking it would open your truck to theft of contents.

Still in all, I don't perceive this as much of a hassle; but again, that's just me.

they could not drive away without either the key fob, or a sophisticated relay attack which needs the key to be in relatively near proximity (say 50-100 feet), or an even more sophisticated attack on the wired canbus system.

however if someone steals your watch or phone, they might have your key also.

Guess its time to pull out my Galaxy Watch 5. It would be nice if it worked on Garmins but I think they use their own OS.

I say yes and no, because for the app to work you need to have connection to Wi-Fi or cellular data. No Wi-Fi or cellular available, no access.
When I tested the WiFi being used for the Fordpass functions of getting a reading from truck or sending a signal to truck - it was NOT used.
Meaning I'm watching the WiFi AP for connections to it - the truck never connected once it disconnected shortly after turn-off.

Only cellular appears to be used.

Also another aspect for reason app method may not work - low battery and deep sleep mode engaged - so keypad still useful!

Hmmm...

Well I do already have a PIN on my watch since I have Google Wallet/credit cards stored on my watch. So that doesn't explain my (possible) annoying problem. I might restart my phone and see if it prompts me to open the app on my phone again when I try to start my truck from my watch.
Check Permissions and allow it to operate without unlocking the phone.

Just installed on my Galaxy 4. Nice bonus to unlock if you don't have the key pad although my guess is I have to be in range of my phone for it to work.
I have a galaxy 3, mainly use to track my sleep. How did you get the app on your watch. I can't find the app when searching the store on the watch. Thanks
