Found the issue. Somehow my phone put on airplane mode. Switched it off, now the app connects ok.

I suspect my wife, as she complains of my alerts. If I ask if she touched my cell phone , she will deny.
Ha ha... very funny. I did it to mine by accident.

It's your fault not your wife's. I have been living the dream for 50 years. Rule one is your wife is never wrong or at fault. Rule 2: when your wife is obviously wrong or at fault...see rule 1.
That’s what she told me! Me fault.

"Appears app is not there"? Do you mean you can't find the app? Or you cant access your Mav from within the app?

My app is fine, but I have had trouble connecting to my 2025 Mav for the last 2 days. My scheduled remote starts fail, I can't check the location, etc.. And no, it is not in "Deep Sleep" or anything. The battery is fine.
How do you know your Maverick is not in deep sleep? The lack of connectivity via FordPass is the first sign of that. Just because you can open your door and start your Maverick doesn't mean your not suffering the same fate as almost every Maverick owner that has, or will have, the deep sleep until Ford finally gets off their tushes and recalls and fixes it.

Today, now, alls well. Ford app working fine. No deep sleep.
Thanks for the concern.

Because the dome lights turn on when I open the doors, the Intelligent Access works on the door handles, etc... Trust me, I have been here since 2022. I am aware of all the signs and symptoms of Deep Sleep (and what are signs that it is not in Deep Sleep). This is also a 2025 Hybrid with a stock AGM battery, which many suspect is the "fix" for the people who get Deep Sleep.

Except there have been a number of owners of 2025 hybrid Mavericks on the Facebook groups who have reported their FordPass app telling them they are in deep sleep. So AGM alone fixed nothing and now affects 4 model years.

Sure. But I have not received any notices of Deep Sleep via the app or when logging into my Ford.com vehicle dashboard. So mine is not in Deep Sleep. I also monitor my 12V battery voltage and it is fine. Plus, I fixed my FordPass problem this morning. See: https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...te-start-problem-2025-xlt.60508/#post-1018682

Sorry, can’t access the Mav within the app.
i was checking if any new recall listed, but app not hooks up.

And I drove the truck yesterday, did fine.
I just deleted mine off my app and stop screwing with it. It's too much bs. Same thing with the Android auto I don't even use it I disabled it it's just a pain in the ass and too much

My wife had a 2015 Escape Titanium and hail damage totaled it. It was a really good car so we bought it back and gave it to our oldest son. He really doesn't care what it looks like. The point to this is, he told us about "features" we didn't know it had. Wasn't anything we needed or desired. She has a 23 Edge now that I have driven maybe 5 times so I don't know what "features" it has. I bought an XLT Mav in July, I am still checking the manual to find out how different things work. I didn't know what the Ford App was so it was not a selling point. I do like the remote start on these cold mornings and ability to see tire air pressure. I don't use Android Auto and as far as I can tell I don't have Sync (with any number) on it. I don't care, don't know what benefit it would provide. My Mav doesn't have many options on it but it has a full sized spare, and that was more important to me than electric seats. I have a TCL TV that occasionally loses sound output. Thru trial I found that if I unplugged it and let all the capacitors discharge the sound would work again. IMO from posts here, it may be that you need to disconnect the Mav battery and let it set overnight. Like your cell phone, sometimes a cold restart solves a lot of problems

It would be nice if it were so simple, but the Maverick problem is an improperly designed charging circuit. Going to take much more than simply a "software" patch or "rebooting". The design does not provide for the battery to be fully recharged. That leads to sulfation that kills the battery.

I have not experienced any problems with battery or the charging system. My Ford Pass App also is working fine...as far as I know...or care.
