What's going on with the FordPass App?

Going to the app's App Info; Force Stop and clear the App Data. App Data may have gotten corrupted in an app update.

You may have to re-enter your credentials when starting the app again.

Required total new setup deleting Cache and App Data.
Also some settings.

Active Alerts - Temp Unavailable.

Did not fix.

Was worth a try.

IMO, the app is like many other poorly written apps. Not worth the frustration they frequently cause.

Must be account corruption then on their side.
Maybe just a tad of truck corruption too..

I have had a Temporary Unavailable message for a few days now? Is the problem with my app or is there a general problem?

2024 XLT vehicle health temporarily unavailable, it has been about 3 weeks now. Current version, uninstall - reinstall. :-(

That part works for us too. What happens when you click on Service? Under Vehicle Health is where it says "Temporarily unavailable" for many of us. I'm not sure if it is an Android only problem though. I have also tried to clear App data and re-logged in to no avail.

The feature isn't worth me calling Ford to fix it. I only use it to check tire pressure, and sometimes lock/unlock.

Yeah, of course I have an apple iPhone and when I filled up the tires to 35 psi it says they’re at 40 on the app. I need a third-party device.

As of 11-22-24 "Vehicle Health Temporarily Unavailable/Active Alerts" is gone. My FordPass App is working again.

My FordPass updated to 5.8 in the last day or so. Vehicle Health moved down to Reference area on app. Also, only my ford dealer service reports are present. The service reports I entered are gone? Samsung S23 FE 5g

Mine still has the service entries that I manually added. FYI, Samsung has an easy screen shot feature that is much better than trying to snap a photo with a tablet. Vol down button+power button.

FYI, that works on any Android device.
