Stop courtesy lighting from coming on at drive-in

On a 2022 Lariat I'm looking for someone to tell me how to stop the outside lighting from coming on everytime you open the doors. It's NOT the button above your head in the interior, that just stops inside lights from coming on. When you are at a Drive-in you don't want all the outside lights to come on when door is opened or just starting the engine for heat or charging.

Was hoping someone knew another way. Not familiar with FORSCAN. A lot of people suggest this.

Just let the battery drain to 50% and keep it under that all the time, problem solved. J/k

There is a setting in the driver info screen to stop lights from staying on after you open the door, but I've never played with it.

That's a safety feature that most new cars do. There won't be a button to turn that off. Like others have said ForScan is probably your only option.

Should be a way. You can turn off courtesy lights early with push of lock button on fob but takes a second or two.seems like there is I length of courtesy delay in settings somewhere. I cannot check my mave now.
Ok went and checked in my Lariat. Go to settings, vehicle, lighting, auto lamps then choose "OFF" and OK that.
Choices are off, 10 or 20 or 120 seconds.

Works on XLT's too.
It seems police mode is to darken the dash and interior lights.

One thing I miss from my older vehicles is an "OFF" position on the lights switch.

Try the top most setting on the rotary light Switch
