I plan to make a black ABS plastic insert to mount phone on. When time permits I really want to remove the touch screen and see if it can be centered. Making a new bezel is not an issue.

Thinking about bottom-lighting an old radio tube from beneath with a 12V LED and letting it become part of my custom ambient lighting package for my XLT.

Wow centered screen = driver & passenger cubbie. You can put fancy lettering on both rear fenders = "Two Cubbies" or "I've gotta pair" or "I've doubled mine"

Ok this is serious this time. Don't laugh at the Paint drawings. I ordered a FE so I don't get sunglass holder in the roof. I also don't want to set them right in the windshield because the direct beaming through the window warps them (prescription). I came up with a 2 piece use. the one is just better divided storage for cords. The second is for the glasses but I drew the tab to slot into the cubby on the wrong side.
