Well now its my turn, My issues were this... I have a clunking noise in the front end at low speed. Five times they have said they couldn't replicate the issue. Except for once they said it was normal strut noise. Also in these five trips to the service department I told them about a surging that happens when cold and slowing to a stop it switches back and forth from gas to electric. This never throws a code and tries to pull me through my brakes. (also couldn't replicate). There were some smaller issues like my heated steering wheel would either cook your hands or stop heating all together.
Through this site Ford reached out to me when I was going through this and we talked about buyback. They were very helpful but the buyback team refused to help. I spoke with a lawyer and It definitely qualifies as a lemon. I just don't have the time. I am trading it in for a Toyota. I loved this little truck, but I won't ever buy another Ford product again. As far as trading in a vehicle that I know has issues? That is on Fords hands I have all of my service receipts saying the vehicle is fine. This was the 4th new ford I have bought in my life. And maybe this falls on the local dealerships that for whatever reason couldn't resolve the issues. It is what it is, and while I am sure there are more people on here that have had zero issues and that's great. I drive 30k a year and I have to know that I can rely on and not incur unnecessary costs to repair because Ford washed their hands with it.
