Yes, I randomly got an email a few days later. Still don't know why there was a delay.Did you ever get an email from Ford? I'm in the same situation with a dealer here in Florida and being told that I'm in "order processing" too. I signed the same sheet that you did, although mine shows a Priority Code 10. Sales rep tells me that for some reason about 30% of the orders are not generating emails from Ford back to the customers? Just want to make sure that my order is actually in the system.
