Most EV users are urban center folks that can benefit from relatively short hauls where the battery driven units do best......now down here in the SOUTH where folks like to spread out and city driving is secondary to open country long hauls, these EV units are near useless....we do not have the time/patients to wait on old SPARKY to get a full can so we can go somewhere, and that will likely be the case no matter what ! AND as for hybrid...........you have TWO propulsion systems to maintain and thats pure dumb thinking as it is expensive enough to maintain the one (ICE) ! AMEN....Michigan is roughly 9 out of 10 vehicles the big 3....I once had some hillbilly with motor, muffler, carb stickers all over his rear window flip me the bird in my electric car... Michigan, motor city...very anti electric/hybrid. oh well...
