No one by me has them on the lot. Always asked to order. Check some dealerships websites and it mostly says in transit and then reserved right next to it.

If the first owner had issues like many of us here just keep in mind you lose many things like lemon law protections.

I bought mine used 22 XL with EB AWD 4000 tow 22K. The selling Dealer gave me the CARFAX no accidents all service done at the dealership. That being said, if it was a very minor accident, I wouldn't be worried if repairs were done at a good shop.

What was the Price? Dealer around here in Central Fl. for new mark then up around $3000 +. Just turned down 3 different Lariat Hybrid for that reason and color.

$29k XLT has the tow hitch, tonneau cover, drop in bed liner, power driver seat, tinted front windows with rain guards, mud flaps.

You really never said what the dealer was asking for it? If you are buying a vehicle that has accident damage then you would expect to pay less than one that doesn't. If you are seriously considering this Mav then you need to either get the dealer to provide you with a Carfax or spend the $30 or $40 to get one yourself. How can you contemplate spending 10's of thousands of dollars and not have all the information. I don't think anyone on here can give you even a halfway educated opinion without all the facts.
I'd also content that if you do a little research and widen your area of search you could find EB Mav's in dealer stock. Most Mav's listed on dealers sites are special order already taken green window stickers, look for blue dealer stock window stickers. When I bought my Bronco I found a small Ford dealer in WV that had a WildTrak with everything I wanted at MSRP, that truly was a unicorn find but it can be done.

Never take on someone else's problem(s). I learned my lesson after buying a used VW Sirocco. Hated that f'ing thing so much I abandoned it. Good riddance.

Too much, I would question the price even without the accident. Just to give you a comparison I paid $31k out the door for my dealer stock '23 XLT FX4 Lux, SIBL, Co-Pilot360, full size spare tire, CO paint, and optional wheels and tires.

Unless really verifiable minor damage, probably not, and even if minor it better have a price reduction for it's reduced value from the incident.

Problem is many have been deemed totaled for what seems like minor damage, and once there's a salvage title associated with it, it becomes difficult to insure any vehicle. The insurance carriers do report vehicle totals, even when you buy back the salvage, and you end up with a salvage title in many cases.

Sent in an order for a maverick, in two different dealers and I'm still impatient. No response as far as schedule or even an order update. So I see a '22 XLT AWD for sale with 12k miles. Its off a lease and looks really clean, has all the things I would have put on an XL but the carfax says there was an accident reported. I don't like taking over other peoples problems but I really want a truck now. The past 5 cars were all brand new. What do you guys think.
I would not purchase one with history showing an accident when there are so many others out there with clean records. Given it is still under warranty, but if you have an issue you think is covered under warranty, Ford may use the accident history as an excuse not to cover the problem. That history will also make it harder for you to sell or trade and you will take a big hit. Pass

Wow ok, I’ll let them know to pony up for the car fax and bring that price down if it’s merely just a scratched bumper or fender.
keep u guys posted and thanks for the help.
