What a silly question.
But here's the answer:
108.5 miles, needle still pegged on full.

I totally understand your feeling and frustration. But from what I understand, this behavior is common to all major manufacturers. Sad but true. They seem to be more concerned about a new sale than about the customers that have ALREADY spent their hard earned moneyI received my 2025 Maverick Lariat hybrid AWD 4k on 2/7/25 after a six month wait. On 2/10 I was involved in a fender bender on my way home from work. It has been out of service since 2/11.
Today, 6/14 it has finally been repaired, delayed due to unavailable wiring harness SZ6Z15K867BA. I drove it around to make sure the truck had been repaired and I'll pick it up washed and vacuumed Monday morning 6/16. It drove well and it will take time to get accustomed to the numerous safety features. I applaud the Tech at Conway Heaton FORD that was finally able to repair the wiring and calibrate the parking sensors.
Would I buy another? Since 2020 I have bought approximately $176,000 in new Ford trucks, doing my part to support America and Ford. Ford failed to support me with a $135 wiring harness that sits in boxes full in Mexico while my new truck sat out of service. I feel abandoned by Ford Motor Company. I can't say with any certainty that there will be any new Ford vehicles in my future.
That's the only thing I would buy. When I heard that Ford was making a crew cab small hybrid truck, to replace my 2005 GMC Canyon, and my 2015 Sonata, I was an early order in the first week of July 2021. The price was unbelivable, the wait was long, but the reward was worth the wait. Not into EV's, but wanted new technology, the hybrid seems to be the way to go for me. I love spending 10 to 15 dollars, when ever I gas up!I was just wondering with all the negative threads about a Maverick hybrids That if you have one or own one would you buy a hybrid again yes or no ?
C'mon Man!...hybrid seems to be the way to go for me. I love spending 10 to 15 dollars, when ever I gas up!
Absolutely Yes!!I was just wondering with all the negative threads about a Maverick hybrids That if you have one or own one would you buy a hybrid again yes or no ?
Well, yes. There's some negative threads but, over a couple years I haven't had an issue except where a guy came to my house and upgraded the rear view camera. And, it's so smooth and over the last six months I've been averaging over 48mpg.I was just wondering with all the negative threads about a Maverick hybrids That if you have one or own one would you buy a hybrid again yes or no ?
Well, I'm spending a little over twice that much when I fill up. But I'm often putting between 400 to nearly 500 miles per fill-upThat's the only thing I would buy.
