Depending on the "tool", the rear pocket is a handy thing and surprisingly easy to reach.

Well, I don't pack but I do live within a 10 min drive of the NRA headquarters. I can get there on backroads.

I've just been too lazy to get a "Concealed Carry" permit or visit their museum.
