Thanks, everyone, especially BradnChristine, for the explanation on how to check ‘module population.’ I went to ‘Tracker’ on the main menu and tried the link that checked for that. When I submitted the VIN, I got a long, long list of hexadecimal codes, which made me think “It’s alive!” So I believe it has moved at least to the ‘blend’ phase. I already know from the window sticker that the dealership provided that it will travel from Mexico to Morton, Washington by CONVOY (semi-truck). It may yet go to the body shop for spray-in bed liner, protective film for hood and fenders, tonneau cover soft fold, and floor liners without carpeted mats, but I would guess that trailer hitch receiver and Co-Pilot360 are part of the assembly line build. Those are my options apart from the Hybrid power train.

I think I’ll go back to the generic ‘Track My Build’ and see if the window sticker link works, although I already have one from the dealership.

Happiness abounds with this progress. Our daily driver’s transmission noise is getting worse as weeks go by.

Again, thanks to all for your help and explanations.
Thanks. Fun and stressful to track. Look on your Window Sticker...lower left. It will likely say RAIL and give you the Railroad Terminal (Ramp Code) for where it will be dropped off...and THEN a truck convoy to your dealer. In mine blow, the Ramp Code RU08 is for Denver, where a truck will bring it up North 4oo miles to my dealer.

Thanks again, Brad. The window sticker from the dealership shows ‘CC42’ in that box for whatever that might mean. Maybe they will transfer from rail to truck in Arizona for a ride on an 18 wheeler through California, Oregon and then Washington. We’ll see what happens!

I don't know where Ramp CC42 is. My truck went from Nogales to Mira Lona, CA (Los Angeles) to North Las Vegas, to Salt Sake City and then over to Denver. Once it is in the US, your dealer can see exactly where it is in his program called VinView. I had him send me a screenshot about once a week.

Brad, I see that you are from the Denver area. I’m originally (and for most of my years) from Indiana. Moved to SE Washington in 2015 (grand children - finally). A friend from school days and a classmate from the tiny rural village in Indiana has been in your neighborhood for decades (in Coal Creek Canyon NW of Golden, CO). Have not seen him for quite awhile and I been thinking that a journey to see him next summer might be a good outing for the new Maverick. - Thank you again for your help in making a bit more sense in the Maverick order. - Getting a bit excited for the delivery!

Not sure where to post this, limited experience with posting to forums except for Ford Truck Enthusiasts Club antique forum when I owned a ‘56 F-100.

Two questions: How long does it take to build a Maverick XLT Hybrid? Is the factory slow, or is it the FoMoCo tracking and communication that’s problematic? I suspect the latter, especially with the archaic process of taking and filling orders for vehicles.

My second order (an order for a ‘23 was never built) and my order for a ‘24 began on November 25. There has been no news since that date.

Second question: Why isn’t there a ‘fog light’ offering on the Maverick truck. I reside in SW Washington where fall, winter, and spring nights are long, dark, and accompanied by almost endless fog, drizzle, rain or snow. Deer, elk and other large animal encounters are frequent. It wouldn’t seem that fog lights would be a high production cost and would potentially be a high profit option. I will have the dealer install an after market set of fog lights. Yes, I could save some money with DIY, but I don’t want my own hack up job on the wiring of a new vehicle.

Waiting, still waiting . . . let’s go FoMoCo!
Took just under 8 months to get our ecoboost,I'm seeing longer wait times for the hybrid.

I think these are questions for someone that works at Ford.

I've been through Denver exactly once in my 75 years! Northeast Wyoming is where I landed 3 years ago...and love it, snow, minus 25 degrees, and all. I retired from California and spent 20 years in the Lake Havasu City, AZ enduring 124 degree summers before finding God's country here. I was born in Salem Oregon, which was an entirely different place in the 50s.

Once you've been through the Maverick process once (thanks to a lot of help here), including a VIN cancellation and a rollover, there is little that has really changed. The tracker is just as awkward and erratic as it always has been. Just know that when the modules are populated, you have a truck, barring a train derailment. Planning on seeing the truck 8 weeks after the modules populate is a reasonable expectation, but it could be delivered as fast as 3 weeks! I got my Navy Federal 4.94% loan in place and at the ready as soon as the modiles populated, because it is good for 90 days. Not papying cash when cash can earn me 6.00% in a CD!

IN.YOUR.TRUCK.
You have many modules that are "turned on" when the truck is built. And when that happens, the data is recorded in the big Ford Computer Machine. The data has little meaning to you, except to see:
Is there any data for yor VIN?
No= Your truck is not built and the modules are not "popped" or "Alive".
Yes= Your truck is "alive" as evidenced by the fact that your modules have "popped" or "Populated"
Sorry I've looked at both PC and Tablet and cannot find "Is there any data for your VIN?" Can you tell me which page I'm missing it on?

Likewise I had a 11/27 build week, got a production signal the week before, Ford has confirmed back from Body company, but as of this morning still no radio button move to Built or Shipped.
Dealer info says ETA 12/25-01/01, dealer thinks its optimistic probably trying to underpromise. I also received a 45 day looking email that says "it's almost built" yesterday and I checked it seems like it might be a note from the 45 day cadence and not triggered from the build process itself......just guessing... also guessing its already built and waiting on shipping and status just has not changed.

The actual building is about a week from the start and then delivery. The led lights pretty much negate the need for fog lights though they option would be nice

The build process can also be affected by scheduled (or unscheduled) plant shut downs. My truck, along with other forum members’, sat “In Production” for 3+ weeks earlier this year due to a scheduled plant shutdown. There is usually info on the forum if a scheduled shutdown is coming.

My modules were “on” early. Frustrating to wait when you are that close, yes. But you are close to the end. Shipping times seem to average 2-3 more weeks, but that can go quicker or slower too.

Once your truck is marked as shipped, you can contact Ford Chat, or call Ford, and try to get rail car information and track from there. There are posts/stickies how to do that. I got my rail car info by chat.

Oh, and the Pizza Tracker sucks. It has been known to go backwards for no reason. And if you are due for your 45-day “sorry” email from Ford, you will still keep getting that email during this process. Yes it’s conflicting and confusing.

I had the exact same issue. Showed the week of 11/20 as the scheduled build week, and "In Production" on the 24th. However, no movement or updates since then.

I reached out to the Ford chat, and turns out it's a known issue that the tracking site is lagging: mine is BUILT, secondary status built and ready to be shipped, Ford Chat gave an estimate of being delivered to the dealership between 12/12 and 12/16.

I'm in AZ so I'm closer to the shipping point obviously, but I was shocked to see it might arrive as soon as next week! I wasn't expecting this thing for another month!!
Mine was supposed to be delivered this week according to chat but still hasn't let the plant.

All you need to enter is your VIN and pass the Capcha test. If you see a bunch of numbers, those are your module values. If you just see some headings and a "G", it isn't done. Here is the beginning of my report:
