Ford Hermosillo Plant Shutdown

Is the plant shutdown the weeks of 8/7 & 8/14? No vehicles will be built during this time?

I haven't seen any news of shutdown since 2021, looking all over internet since I read your post.

It was posted somewhere earlier in June but can not find it. However if you look at the scheduling e-mails from 6/15 which covered the period from 7/24 through 8/28 no one got scheduled for the weeks of 8/4 or 8/14

my original 7/31 scheduling eventually moved to 8/04, ive seen others with the tracker showing 8/05.


It has been showing ready for production, thats what i've been told the green dot indicates, but nothing has changed since 7/27.

I've had the same numbers -- originally scheduled for week of 7/31, currently showing 8/4 with the green dot for "in production". However, the "last updated" changed to 8/4 today, and the modules have popped now!

Anyway, we're right in the same ballpark for where we are on the line. I think my build number is about 100 ahead of yours if I remember right.

The list populates below the download button...no need to download just left click highlight all the BCE Module codes and highlight to copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Crtl+V) into a Word Doc. Or screenshot the codes you need.

I just checked and the status of my build (scheduled 7/31 with 8/02 build day) and still says in production, not built. However, the modules are live, so it obviously is built. I think the scheduling tracker takes a few days to catch up. I will check again Monday.

Just checked, Absolute ton of modules are showing. The pizza tracker says it was updated today but nothing shows its been changed. No dates on production, built or shipping still.

built on 7/21 and hasn’t shipped yet.

right at midnight production got a date and the build indicator has a green dot. im guessing the factory is still going full swing.

Don't know, they usually tell us in the month when they schedule for that months production. Plants will usually shut down for maintenance for 2 weeks every year. Last year it shut down in July.

Well that would be my luck and totally suck for my build week to be closed down. First build week was 7/31, then to 8/5, back to 8/2, and then to 8/5. Green dot "In Production" has been there since last week but no date under that still.

I can only cross my fingers at this point I guess
