I haven't seen these figures compared and I am making some assumptions - numbers are posted by Ford as monthly sales but I am using them as monthly production. These are US numbers and exclude Mexico, South America and Canada as they are a small percentage. The numbers are for 2022 and first two months of 2023 because Maverick didn't hit full stride until Dec 2021.
2022 Bronco Sport Maverick
Ave monthly production 8296 6198
Peak production month 12928 Apr 9537 Apr
Lowest production month 4555 Aug 3154 Sep
Percent of peak 35% 33%
Running ave production
decline to end of year from
peak 21% 14%
2023
Jan/Feb 2023 production
compared to Jan/Feb 2022 +12% +31%
It appears that the BS has higher monthly production numbers than the Maverick but the Maverick seems to be gaining.
Let me know if there are different production numbers.
Sorry for the rough alignment - this was just a quick look to see if that 80,000 unit increase would be 50/50.
