Please do us a favor and take a photo of the label on the engine.I guess I got lucky. Waiting over 18 months for my maverick. I got a late April build. Engine and transmission both made the US.

Same here, or from anyone, for that matter. It would be a fascinating plot twist. It would add more drama and intrigue to the story to keep everyone hooked. Especially as the chronology for recall 23S27 indicates Ford is convinced that the manufacturing issues for this engine at CHEP were resolved by September 1, 2022, it's almost 10 months later, and we haven't heard a specific US engine plant named.Still waiting for its non-photoshopped picture of a Maverick engine that doesn’t show ‘CHEP’.
Yes.With all this talk about ecvt, does anyone know what is going on inside the transmission when in neutral tow mode while towing?
As in, what’s turning?
I would never buy a Ridgeline. I have hated them since day one, and still do.What's the difference anyway. Look, if I wanted a vehicle that was designed and built in the USA with a US-made engine and transmission, I would have bought a Honda Ridgeline.

A whole lot of cheap Chinese and Mexican made parts.U.S./Canadian parts = 11% and yet engine and transmission are U.S.? WTH else is IN our Mavericks?
Did that sheet come off a Pinto?I guess I got lucky. Waiting over 18 months for my maverick. I got a late April build. Engine and transmission both made the US.

I saw the thread but that was just a guys findings. No technical data to back it up. Thinking more of an engineers answers.Yes.
Everything except the engine.
There's a thread about it, I think in the TOWING section.
